        The RP2040 seems to run the toggling of output pins on parallel, while the other runs them serially.
        Or maybe the FF traces are time shifted somehow, since all pins should first go high and the all low.

        Does the RP2040 I/O processors play a part in the speed of toggling?

        The flashforth program could also be optimized quite a bit with inlining and toggling the pin in assembler.
